Contact

Two contacts, two jobs. Getting that wrong is the most common reason a message waits longer than it needs to.

Quick answer

+1 (507) 448-8190 is the order desk: tracking, changes, refunds, the guarantee. Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time.

[email protected] reaches the people who write these pages: corrections, figures, privacy, press.

The capsule material (gelatin or HPMC), the Other Ingredients line including any allergen statement, and whether a certificate of analysis exists for your lot. None of the three was supplied to this site, and all three are things the seller knows.

Both addresses are in New York and both were supplied by the seller. Unusually for this run, there is no third address printed on the bottle contradicting them — because no back panel was supplied, so there is nothing to contradict.

If you are sending a return, use the returns address and include your full name, email address and order ID. Return postage is the buyer's and tracking is advised.

So we can actually help

What to include

  • For an order: the order ID, the email you ordered with, and the purchase date. Those three resolve most questions in one call.
  • For a correction: the page, the sentence, and what you believe is right. A link to a source is ideal and not required.
  • For a product question: what you want to know. If the answer is that it was never published to us, we will say so and point you at the desk.
  • For anything medical: please ask a clinician or pharmacist instead. We cannot give medical advice and we will not try.

We answer email during Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time. Messages that arrive at the weekend are read on Monday.

Honestly

What we cannot do

  • Tell you what is in the Other Ingredients line. It was not supplied to us.
  • Tell you whether the capsule is vegetarian. Same reason.
  • Supply a certificate of analysis. None was supplied. If one arrives we publish it.
  • Advise on whether this is safe alongside your medication. A pharmacist with your list in front of them can, and the cautions page is written to be taken to one.
  • Diagnose anything, or tell you whether a memory change you have noticed is age-related.
  • Change the terms of the guarantee or the checkout. Those are set at the point of sale.

Saying what we cannot do is more useful than implying we can do everything and then not replying.

The open invitation

Corrections

This site publishes arithmetic, reconstructions and citations. All three can be wrong.

The single most valuable thing anyone could send us is a photograph of the actual Supplement Facts panel and the Other Ingredients line. Every figure on this website came from a text brief, and a reader with the bottle can verify them in a way we could not.

If a molecular weight is wrong, a conversion is miscalculated, or a cited paper does not say what we say it says, tell us at [email protected] and we will fix it on the page with the date.

Two, three or six bottles, priced plainly, with a 60-day window that runs from purchase. Read the capsule count first, then decide.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. This site publishes no figure it was not given.

What to expect

Response times, honestly

The order desk answers during Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time. Email is read in the same window, and a message sent on Friday evening is read on Monday.

A correction to a page
Usually the same day it is read. Corrections are the messages we most want to receive and the fastest to act on.
A question this site already answers
We will point you at the page rather than retype it, with an apology if the page was hard to find. A question asked twice usually means a navigation problem on our side.
A question about the formula
If the answer is that something was never published to us, that is the answer. We will not improvise a figure.
A question only the seller can answer
The Other Ingredients line, the capsule material and the certificate of analysis are the three big ones. We will tell you to call the desk, because that is where the answer is.
A design decision

Why there is no live chat

A chat widget on a supplement site is usually one of two things: a queue nobody is staffing, or a sales funnel wearing a headset icon. Neither is what a reader of these pages needs, and this product has a published phone number that does the job properly.

There is also a privacy consequence. Chat widgets are third-party scripts that load on every page, see every page you visit, and generally set their own identifiers. This site loads no third-party script at all, which is part of why it opens quickly.

An email address a person actually reads is slower and more useful. If that changes we will say so here.

Things worth writing to us about

  • A photograph of the Supplement Facts panel. This is the most valuable message anyone could send this site, because every figure here came from a text brief.
  • The Other Ingredients line, which would let us answer the capsule and allergen questions we currently cannot.
  • A number on this site that does not reconcile with the label in your hand.
  • A cited paper that does not say what we say it says.
  • A certificate of analysis, an assay, or any third-party test. All three get published with the date.
  • Anything at checkout that enrolled you in something you did not choose.
  • A page that was hard to read on your device. Layout faults are invisible to us until somebody says.

We would rather carry a visible correction than a quiet edit. A site that has never corrected anything is not a site that has never been wrong.

Worth a call before you order

The three questions only the seller can answer

Most of what a buyer wants to know is on this site. Three things are not, because they were never supplied to us, and all three are answerable in one phone call.

What is in the Other Ingredients line?
The capsule material, the excipients and any allergen statement all live here. It is the single largest blank on this website and it matters to anyone with a dietary restriction.
Is the capsule gelatin or HPMC?
A vegetarian seal appears in this product's marketing assets, and the seal turns entirely on this answer. Gelatin is not vegetarian; HPMC is.
Does a certificate of analysis exist for my lot?
A reference code was supplied to us. A document was not. Because this label quantifies every ingredient, an assay could confirm all seven figures directly, which is not possible on most products in this category.

Ask all three at once, write down the answers with the date and the name of who you spoke to, and you will know more about this product than this entire website can tell you.

If you get answers, [email protected] would like them. They get published with the date, and the first two would close gaps that appear on six pages of this site.

Press and permissions

The email address handles a few things beyond corrections, and it is worth saying what the answers usually are.

  • Quoting a passage with a link back. Yes.
  • Reproducing a table or the conversion figures. Yes. Facts are not copyrightable and the molecular weights belong to NIST anyway.
  • Republishing a whole page. No.
  • Asking how a number was derived. Always welcome, and the answer is usually a link to the page where the arithmetic is shown.
  • Press enquiries about the claim page. We will point you at the sources and decline to characterise the product beyond what is written there.

The last one is deliberate. The claim page stops short of a verdict on purpose, and we are not going to supply one in an email that the page itself declines to reach.

For the record

One thing we will always say no to

Occasionally somebody asks a site like this to soften a page, remove a figure, or rephrase a conclusion. The answer to all three is no, and the reason is worth stating in public rather than in a reply.

Every number here is either the seller's own published figure or a citation from a source anyone can open. Removing one would not make it untrue; it would only make this site less useful than a calculator. What we will always do instead is publish a correction, a document, or a response, with the date it arrived.

Written from the seller’s panel, the front of the bottle and the sources cited on the page, then reviewed before publication. It is general information for adults and does not replace a conversation with your own clinician.

If your memory or concentration is changing, or you are on medicine for blood pressure or the heart, the first conversation is with your clinician, before the first VapoCept capsule.
