Shipping
Two facts were supplied about shipping and both are on this page. Everything else appears at checkout, and this site does not publish numbers it was not given.
Orders ship from the United States unless the sales page says otherwise, and tracking arrives in the order email.
Shipping cost, delivery estimate, carrier and any international arrangements were not published to this site.

Why so many blanks
Because the seller did not publish them, and a delivery estimate invented by a website is worse than no estimate at all. Checkout is where these numbers exist. Add a pack to the cart and read the summary; nothing is charged until you confirm.
The order email
The order email is the single most useful document in this transaction and most people delete it.
- It carries the order ID, which is what a refund is matched against.
- It carries the tracking number.
- It carries the purchase date, and on this product the guarantee runs from purchase rather than delivery — so this date is the one that matters.
- It is the record of what you agreed to at checkout, including any recurring terms.
Star it, file it, or forward it to yourself with the word VapoCept in the subject so you can find it in two months. That is a thirty-second task that makes the guarantee usable.
Purchase, not delivery
This is the detail that separates this product from most of the category. A 60-day window from purchase starts ticking the moment you pay, not the moment the parcel lands. Every day in transit is a day off the window.
When it arrives
Write the purchase date somewhere you will find it
Not the delivery date. The guarantee runs from purchase, and a calendar entry at day 45 is the whole system.
Check the seal and the cap
Before anything else. If either is damaged, photograph it and ring the order desk rather than opening it.
Check the back panel against this site
Seven lines, one capsule, 30 servings. If any figure differs, you have either a different run or a brief that was wrong, and both are worth telling us about.
Read the Other Ingredients line
We do not have it. Look for the capsule material and any allergen statement, especially if either matters to you.
Photograph the lot code
On the base or the side. Keep the image with the order email.
Count the capsules if you like
Thirty. It takes a minute and it is the only direct check available on whether the bottle matches its label.
Packaging
Nothing supplied to this site describes the packaging, so we are not going to describe it. A 30-capsule bottle is small enough to travel in a padded envelope and most sellers in this category use one.
What matters on arrival is not the packaging but the checks above. They take under two minutes and they are the only part of unboxing that has any consequence.
If something goes wrong
- Photograph everything before you move it — the outer packaging, the bottle, the seal, the label.
- Check the tracking in the order email. Most missing parcels are not missing; they are at a neighbour or a depot.
- Ring the order desk with the order ID. This is what a published order desk number is for.
- Follow up in writing as well. A phone conversation about a damaged parcel is not a record.
- If it does not resolve and you paid by card, your issuer has a dispute process. It works better when you can show you contacted the seller first.
For anything about this website rather than an order, the editorial inbox in the footer reaches us directly, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time.
See the VapoCept packs
Two, three or six bottles, priced plainly, with a 60-day window that runs from purchase. Read the capsule count first, then decide.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. This site publishes no figure it was not given.
Why no shipping figure appears anywhere on this site
Free shipping, a flat rate, a threshold, a delivery window — all four are standard on product pages in this category and none of them appears here, because none was supplied.
It would be easy to write “ships free on orders over $99” and be right most of the time. The problem with doing that is not the one time it is wrong; it is that a reader who finds one invented figure has no way to tell which of the other figures were invented.
This matters more on this build than on any previous one, because the seven ingredient amounts on this site also came from a document rather than from a photograph. A site asking you to trust a text brief for its central figures cannot afford to be loose anywhere else.
Add a pack to the cart and read the summary. Nothing is charged until you confirm, and the figure there is the real one.
The first week, day by day
No delivery estimate was published, so this is a description of the ordinary shape of a domestic supplement order rather than a promise about yours.
The order email arrives, usually within minutes
It carries the order ID and the purchase date. Star it now rather than later, because this is the last moment at which it is easy to find.
A tracking number follows
Sometimes in the same email, more often in a second one once the label is generated.
The first carrier scan
This is when the parcel physically exists in the network. Until then a tracking page saying 'label created' is normal.
Transit
Scans are intermittent. Two days without one is not a problem.
Delivery
Note the date, although on this product it is the purchase date that governs the guarantee.
If any of those steps has not happened when you would expect it, ring the order desk with the order ID. That is what a published order desk is for.
International orders
The brief says orders ship from the United States unless the sales page says otherwise, and says nothing about whether they ship outside it. So this site says nothing about it either.
If you are outside the US and considering an order, three things are worth establishing at checkout before you commit, because they are the usual sources of an unpleasant surprise: whether the seller ships to you at all, who pays import duty and handling, and whether the 60-day guarantee's return address makes a claim practical from where you are.
That third point is sharper here than on most products. A window that runs from purchase, on an international order with a longer transit time and a longer return journey, can leave very little usable time. Work it out before ordering rather than after.
Storing it once it arrives
No storage instruction was supplied to this site, so what follows is general practice for capsules rather than this label's wording.
- Cool, dry and out of direct light. A kitchen cupboard away from the cooker, or a bedroom drawer.
- Not a bathroom cabinet, which fails on humidity and often on temperature too.
- Not a car, and not a windowsill.
- Keep the desiccant sachet in the bottle if there is one, and keep the cap closed.
- Out of reach of children. Supplement labels normally carry this line; we were not given one, so this site supplies it.
If the bottle in your hand says something different, the bottle wins and we would like to know through the editorial inbox.
Reading a tracking page
Most parcel anxiety comes from misreading a tracking page rather than from a parcel actually being lost.
- Label created means the seller has told the carrier a parcel is coming. The carrier does not have it yet, and this state can persist for a day or two normally.
- In transit with no new scan for 48 hours is common and is usually a truck rather than a problem.
- Out for delivery means it is on a vehicle today.
- Delivered with nothing on the doorstep most often means a neighbour, a safe place, or a scan made slightly early. Check before contacting anyone.
- Exception is the one word that actually warrants a call.
If you are past the delivery scan by a day and nothing has appeared, call the seller rather than the carrier. The seller is the carrier's customer and has a route that you do not.
Keep the tracking number with the order email either way. On a claim it is the second most useful thing you own, after the order ID.
One habit that covers all of this
Save the order email, put day 45 in a calendar, and photograph the base of the bottle when it arrives. Three actions, under two minutes in total, and between them they cover the guarantee, the tracking, a recall and every dispute this page describes.
Everything else on this page is detail about what happens when one of those three is missing.
Who made and checked this VapoCept page
Written from the seller’s panel, the front of the bottle and the sources cited on the page, then reviewed before publication. It is general information for adults and does not replace a conversation with your own clinician.
If your memory or concentration is changing, or you are on medicine for blood pressure or the heart, the first conversation is with your clinician, before the first VapoCept capsule.
